Loss Prevention Officer

What will you be doing?

  • Patrol premises; write incident/accident reports and daily security log.
  • Maintain safety of guests and associates.
  • Protect property and company assets.
  • Witness cash drops.
  • Assist guests and associates with opening and securing doors. 
  • Monitor cameras for suspicious activity.
  • Issue parking passes/vendor contractor passes/keys/radios.

What you will bring to the role?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior hospitality, guest service and/or security experience preferred.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule to include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills to include the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the hotel continuously to perform essential job functions.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record according to Marcus driving policy.
  • Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner at all times.
