We are in search of a Ski Instructor at $14-$22 per hour to join our Ski team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

A grand opportunity awaits as part of the Grand Geneva family as a Ski Instructor: Provide Snow sports instruction to guests of all ages.

What will you be doing?

·       Provide instruction for skiing/snowboarding to beginner & intermediate guests.

·       Ensure safety of guests and associates at all times.

·       Variety of tasks around the Snowsport Center.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• 16+ years of age
• Someone who is passionate about people and travel
• Willing to work weekends
• LOVES meeting new people and interacting with guests
• LOVES snow and cold weather environments
• Has reliable transportation to and from work
• Past experience on ski hills and customer service a plus
• Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience
