Dishwashing Lead

Being the Dishwashing Supervisor, experience in dishwashing is required. You will be taking on a larger role in this department by directing assignments to the staff. In addition, you will help maintain the cleanliness of our kitchens and bar areas to ensure a proper dining experience for each guest.

What will you be doing?

• Train new associates in all dishwashing positions.
• Complete the daily opening and closing checklists.
• Perform safety and sanitation inspections.
• Clean and dry floors.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must have previous dishwashing experience.
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
