The ideal candidate for our Outlet Supervisor is a detail-oriented individual that has lead their team through high volume service on a regular basis in previous roles. They are interested in the potential of moving into a managerial role, and ideally event planning and promoting. Most importantly, this person excels in fast-paced and demanding environments through a passion for team leadership and continuous improvement. Fine dining and training experience is highly preferred in order for this role to educate and lead the staff to provide elevated service for all our outlets.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Training and leading staff on proper steps of service to ensure consistency
• Promotes positive guest and associate interactions driving service toward guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Reporting on the following to be discussed and reviewed with Director of Outlets: staff performance and progress, operational needs, culture components, etc.
• Assures associate adherence to operating standards for standards in compliance with Federal, State, local, and Marcus practices.
• Attends and participates in Food and Beverage, BEO, safety and Hotel management meetings on a weekly basis.
• Enforces Hotel safety standards to ensure corporate compliance.
• Assists Food & Beverage management in training new associates and controlling labor cost by monitoring staffing needs during hours of operation.
• Assures associate adherence to cleanliness and sanitation best practices, including associate uniform and presentation.
• Generating shift reports highlighting sales wins/losses and guest interactions. Reports should give emphasis on how the team can better prepare for the following shift.
• Performs other duties and handles projects as assigned by the Food & Beverage Management

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Flexibility in schedule to open outlets for the day (6:30am) and/or close (12:00am-2:00am) when needed.

·       Open availability to work 40-45 hours a week, including weekends and holidays.

·       Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.

·       Experience in High volume restaurants and high-touch clientele.

·       Proven ability to multi-task.

·       Strong proficiency in Word and Excel
