The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is on the search for a Front Office Intern to join our team for the summer of 2024. Our internship program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience within our Front Office department. As a Front Office Intern, you will be rotating throughout different positions while working directly with our management team. 

What will you be doing?

• Shadow our management team.
• Learn several roles within the Front Office department of the hotel.
• Interact with customers and take action to solve problems as they arise.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous Front Office or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
