As a Housekeeping Desk Attendant, you will help oversee the daily schedule to ensure everyone has the necessary tools and equipment to complete their room credits. Our desk attendants are also responsible for responding to guests’ needs when requesting extra pillows, linen, towels, etc.

 What will you be doing?

• Answer the telephone in a professional manner, take messages and follow through as necessary.
• Provide all pertinent computer printout reports.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the Housekeeping Office and locker rooms.
• Assist with Lost and Found items.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• One year of Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work 2nd Shift (3:00 pm-11:00 pm)
• Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/Excel Sheets)
• Weekend availability is required.
