As a Housekeeping Lead, it is your role to take charge and perfect the final presentation of our guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas. Our Housekeeping Leads inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure Hilton Milwaukee is clean and makes a good impression on our guests every day! Prior hotel housekeeping experience is required for this position.

What will you be doing?

• Inspect 180 rooms on a daily basis.
• Check every vacant ready room in the morning.
• Inspect every Check Out room.
• Assist with ongoing coaching and retraining associates in cleaning rooms and following hotel standards
• All other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

• Must have at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the housekeeping policies and procedures, room cleaning procedures, chemical usage and handling, and equipment usage and handling.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift (3:00PM -11:00PM).
• Must be willing to work on the weekends.
