As a Van Driver in our Transportation Department, your main responsibility will be ensuring our guests have pleasant and more importantly, a safe ride to and from General Mitchell International Airport or any other authorized transport.

Shift time: 4:00AM - 8:00AM.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for transporting guests safely and securely.
• Greeting guests at the Hotel’s Main Entrance.
• Provide customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must be knowledgeable about the Greater Milwaukee Area and General Mitchell International Airport.
• Direct and consistent communication with the Transportation Supervisor.
• Inspect van for cleanliness prior to transport and address issues as necessary (ie. snow removal, vacuuming, trash removal from previous transports, etc)
• Expected to fuel vans to ensure appropriate fuel levels for transport.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to Transportation Supervisor (ie. oil changes, low air in tires, damages to vehicle, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Background Screening following Company Policy.
• Must have the ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs (ie. luggage, boxes, other).
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Must be available to work on the weekends.
