Join our culinary team! We’re seeking passionate candidates that are looking to broaden their knowledge and skill of preparing “from scratch” menus featuring house cured and smoked meats. This role is key in starting our guests’ day on the right foot. We serve unique breakfast items such as “waffle iron croissant with house smoked ham” and “aged cheddar sauce & hash and eggs with house cured salmon belly and brown butter hollandaise”. As unique as our dishes are, our team pride themselves in their consistency and quality.

Requirements:

AM POSITION (6am – 2pm)

Full time and Part time available

Weekend availability required

1-2 years of culinary experience preferred

No previous hotel experience required
