As a purchasing supervisor, you will purchase, receive, store and distribute supplies, food, beverage, office supplies, and specialty items in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?

• Accurately receive products into the storeroom.
• Receive product using Birchstreet.
•  Assist in purchasing product via Birchstreet.
• Assist in oversight of Storeroom Clerks.
• Assist storeroom clerk with rotation of stock to mitigate food waste and dead stock.
• Maintain cleanliness of storeroom areas.
• Assist in food and beverage inventories.
•  Assist Storeroom Clerk(s) with accurate distribution of food, beverage and general supplies to kitchens/outlets.
•   All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to order food, beverage and central supplies via computer purchasing system
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be able to multi task.
