Assisting the Director of Security, this role is vital in doing whatever it takes to keep our guests and associates happy along with feeling a sense of security while they are in our care. The ideal candidate stays a step ahead of potential situations, identifies them, and manages them with professionalism and reasonable thinking. In addition, the Security Manager will collaborate in leading the Security and transportation team.

What will you be doing?

• Manage the daily activities of the security department.
• Assist with recruitment and selection for the open positions in the department.
•  Plan and assign posts, and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication.
•  All other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

• 4 years or more of hotel or related security experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.   
• Hospitality experience is required.
• CPR / First Aid training preferred.
