We are in search of a 2nd Shift Front Desk Supervisor to join our Hilton Milwaukee City Center team. In this position you are likely to be the first point of contact for our guests, so put a smile on your face and know your facts. Our guests will come in with a lot of questions, ranging from room amenities to the Milwaukee hot spots.  It is essential that you have the ability and knowledge to assist them. You will help the front desk team to sell the most rooms possible and make sure guests are having a great time.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise front desk staff, and bell staff as needed.
• Greet guests and check them in and out.
• Answer phones.
• Handle guests' complaints and dissatisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Previous front desk experience is required.
• Great communication skills
• Must be cooperative, willing to assist others, dependable, trustworthy, and patient
• Shift time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Must have weekend availability
