The role you play is critical as you are one of the first and last faces our guests see when they stay at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. Greet our guests and welcome them to return for future stays, while providing them with prompt and courteous service. What will you be doing?

• Check guests in and out of their rooms.
• Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues.
• Answer guest questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be available to work weekends
