We are in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

What’s in it for you?
About the role
To provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department.
What will you be doing?
· Greeting and assisting all visitors to the Human Resources office
· Assist in preparation of all associate events (including People Pleaser, holiday parties, associate meetings, etc.)
· Assist with preparation of new hire orientation and training classes
· Assist with scheduling of interviews
· Handle inquiries and answer questions for incoming associates and potential applicants
· File and maintain all associate files
· Answer phones and inquiries
· Type memos and other correspondence
· Collect, sort, and distribute office mail
· Bulletin board maintenance
· Create and publish monthly associate newsletter
· Maintain all forms in Human Resources reception area
· Monthly update and distribution of Human Resources Calendar
· Create and distribute birthday and anniversary lists to all departments
· Submit all direct deposit forms to Shared Services
· Data entry of information into PeopleSoft
· Ensure all Associate Action Forms have appropriate signatures for processing
· Assist Employment Manager with new hire process to include prescreening, references, & background screening
· Other duties as assigned
What do you bring to the role?
· Bilingual in Spanish Required
· Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR department
· Experience within the hospitality industry highly desired
· 2-4 year college degree preferably in Business, HR Management, or Hospitality.
· Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
· Must be customer service minded.
· Able to multi-task.
· Strong organizational skills necessary.
· Excellent communication skills to include both written and verbal.
· Desire to continue with growth within HR field and be re-locatable.
