We are in search of a Ski Instructor Assistant to join our Ski team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

A grand opportunity awaits as part of the Grand Geneva family as a Snowsport Instructor Assistant: Assist instructors on the hill or in the chalet with children’s programs, boot room duties, and any related office duties.

What will you be doing?

• Assist instructors during activities or group instruction.
• Offer assistance for Children’s program, boot room and related office duties
• Ensure safety of guests while on the ski hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• LOVES meeting new people and interacting with guests
• LOVES snow and cold weather environments
• Has reliable transportation to and from work
• Past experience on ski hills and customer service a plus
