We are in search of a Ski Office Clerk to join our Ski team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

Join our Ski team as an Office Clerk: Provide customer assistance, answer phones, file, data entry and assist cashiers.

What will you be doing?

·       Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.

·       Handle money and financial payment for services and goods.

·       Data entry using MS Office and SMS applications.

·       Assist guests with any needs or challenges.

·       Assist cashier staffing as needed.

·       Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

·       Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

·       High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

·       Prior MS Office training and SMS programs training preferred.

·       Prior Office experience.

·       Good customer service and communication skills.

·       Enjoy working with general public.

·       Must be organized and take direction well; Good cash handling skills.

·       Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.

·       Must have basic computer knowledge; must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
