We are in search of a Part Time Trolley Driver to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

Transporting guests toward an extraordinary day as a Transportation Driver: You will be responsible for transporting guests safely around the resort.

What will you be doing?

·       Responsible for transporting guests safely and securely throughout the resort upon request.

• Must have guest service experience.
• Must be knowledgeable about the resort and Lake Geneva area.
• Direct and consistent communication with the Front Office team.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Must work well under pressure.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

·       One or more years of customer service experience preferred.

·       Must have valid CDL license.

• Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.

·       Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.

·       Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.

·       Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
