We are in search of a Snow Crew Supervisor at $18 per hour to join our Ski team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

A grand opportunity awaits as part of the Grand Geneva family as a Snow Crew Supervisor:  Responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow. Responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations. Also fulfills day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed and exhibits the highest level of expertise in all areas.


What will you be doing?

  • Supervise all Snow Makers.
  • Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down.
  • Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Enjoy working with general public.
  • Must be organized and take direction well.
  • Have flexible schedule – may be required to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
