We are in search of a Moose & Maple to join our Timber team at our 1,300 acre Grand 
Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the 
Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features 
over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf 
courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage 
outlets.

About the role
Deliver an extraordinary experience to our guests as a Smokey's Server: Service of 
food and/or beverage to include the order taking and delivery of any food and/or 
beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and 
professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
 Able to stand and walk for 8 hours or more
 Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
 Must be alert to the customer’s needs
 Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
 Must be able to work weekends and holidays
 Must be able to work any shift with flexibility
 Able to lift at least 20 pounds
 Able to perform several tasks simultaneously
 Energetic, enthusiastic and open minded

 Has reliable transportation to and from work
 Past experience in hotels and customer service a plus
