The Security Supervisor at Hilton City Center plays a pivotal role in ensuring a secure and safe environment for guests, associates, and property. Under the guidance of the Director of Security & Transportation, this position requires exemplary leadership accountability, effective communication, unwavering dependability, a strong customer service orientation, and the highest standards of professionalism.

What will you be doing?

• Support and supervise 3rd Shift Security team.
• Conduct investigations and document all incidents with accuracy.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct patrols of the premise.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, public safety, or a related field preferred.
• Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11:00PM-07:30PM).
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Must be dependable and committed to customer service excellence.
