As a Cashier in our Golf Proshop at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for assisting in all golf shop operations during the golf season.

What will you be doing?

·         Assist in the supervision of the daily golf operations

·         Assist golf staff to ensure the delivery of the resorts high guest service standards.

·         Communicate with the onsite golf event sales team.

·         Monitor golf course and weather conditions through Weather Sentry and DTN Weather computers

·         Represent the resort in assistant’s events

·         Prepare event format sheets, cart signage, course signage, and event scoring.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

·         Some golf operations experience, phone skills, and retail skills are preferred. No license or certification is required for this job.

·         Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience

·         Strong customer service, communication, recordkeeping and math skills;

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
